  • Q: What shipping methods are available for your products?
    A: We ship by Canada Post, Greyhound, Purolator, DHL and United Parcel Service. Those shipping to the USA will benefit from our discounted UPS rates
  • Q: Do I have to place an order online or can I still call it in to the Calgary office.
    A: Yes, we still have the ability to receive phone calls at our office and our staff will be happy to assist you in your needs.
  • Q: I require a part that I do not see listed on your site. Do you facilitate special orders?
    A: Yes. We carry many 3rd party products and have access to many different manufacturers. Our staff will help you with your needs to make sure you leave satisfied.
  • Q: What happened to the SSWhite products you sold in the past?
    A: We still sell the same quality parts you know from SSWhite only we have changed the name. Not the quality.
  • Q: Do you still sell Toys for the Boys at your Calgary office?
    A: Unfortunately we have discontinued this product line, We do have some stock remaining. Call or email for more details.
  • Q: I have questions about the different options you provide. Who should I call?

  • Q: What does it mean when you say your products are made in North America? By whom?
    A: Our taxi equipment is designed, assembled and produced in North America, most of which work in-house to ensure that everything is produced to the highest standards that Record Technologies provides.
  • Q: What protection can I be assured of when it comes to sharing personal and credit card information with you?
    A: We do not share or trade your information in any way. We use confidential shredding services and use the most up to date encryption on our online store. Rest assured your information is safe from wrong hands.
  • Q: What type of warranty do you offer for your products?
    A: Depending on the product warranties range from 90 days to 2 years.

  • Q: If something goes wrong with my part, where do you send it to be fixed and how long will I be without?
    A: If something goes wrong, give us a call or email and we can make sure the problem is solved.
  • Q: I forget which part I ordered last time. Do you keep a record of past orders I can access online?
    A: Yes, our new system allows for you to track your past orders so that you can make sure you are ordering the same quality equipment you did before.
